IMPORTANT! Starting from 01.10.2025, India introduces a new electronic entry registration system – the E-Arrival Card, mandatory for all foreign citizens. It replaces the traditional paper immigration card, which travelers previously filled out manually upon arrival. The card must be completed 5 days before the trip, but no later than 72 hours prior to arrival. It can be filled out online via the official portal or through the mobile app Indian Visa Su-Swagatam.
